Night was approaching.

Son Goku was riding the Flying Nimbus at full speed toward the battlefield.

The golden cloud streaked through the layers of clouds, leaving a golden tail in the distant sea of clouds.

Son Goku found this rather strange as well.

He had heard that Gohan and Piccolo had trained using the Gravity Chamber.

Judging from what he had achieved while training on King Kai's Planet, the two of them should indeed have improved greatly. But being able to easily defeat the two Saiyans who had arrived was quite unexpected.
