Formal Battle, Super Namekian VS Son Gohan

Son Goku's attack arrived in an instant, the immense force of his fist making even the dark crimson glow seem a few shades dimmer.

"Hmph, a Saiyan!?"

Slug recognized Goku's race at once.

Though one hand remained pressed against Kami as he assimilated him, it did not hinder him from doing other things. He casually stretched out an arm to block.

Boom!

The two immense forces collided, sending out terrifying shockwaves.

With the point of impact between Son Goku and Slug as its center, the ground of the Lookout cracked open. Chunks of stone tiles were blasted into the air by the trembling force, where they spun continuously beneath that power.

"Hm?"

Slug seemed somewhat surprised. He glanced at Son Goku. "To think you have this kind of power. It seems you're no ordinary Saiyan!"

Son Goku, too, felt the strength of his opponent.

A grave look entered his eyes as he shouted, "You bastard, let Kami go!"

"Let him go? He'll soon become part of the Great King of the Universe."

As Slug smugly spoke, his eyes widened unevenly. "And small fry like you, stop coming here and getting in my way!"

As he spoke, he suddenly thrust out his arm, sending Son Goku flying far into the distance.

And in the instant Son Goku was pushed back, the fingers of Slug's other hand spread open, dazzling light instantly gathering in his palm.

Boom!

An energy blast slammed directly into Son Goku.

"Kaioken!"

Fortunately, Son Goku reacted swiftly as well. He erupted with power in an instant, crimson light blazing up and directly dispelling the energy blast.

He forcibly stopped himself in midair, then charged toward Slug at even greater speed.

Kami's figure was already gradually becoming translucent.

He had clearly been forcibly assimilated to a certain extent—so much so that it was nearly complete.

Son Goku naturally realized this, so he pushed the Kaioken to its limit, determined to save Kami.

When Slug saw Son Goku pause for an instant, a smug look appeared in his eyes. He had already pieced together some of the Namekians' memories and knew that this Namekian who had come to Earth was far from ordinary.

He seemed to be an existence more complete than Slug himself.

If he could fully assimilate this person, not only would he gain even greater power, but he might also obtain the ability to create Dragon Balls.

At that point, he would no longer have any enemies in this universe.

Even that brat known as the Emperor of the Universe—Slug was confident he could kill him completely.

Seeing how formidable his opponent was, and seeing Kami's fading figure, Son Goku gave it everything he had. "—Kamehameha!"

In the distance, only the muscular Namekian remained standing. He was not looking at anyone, merely staring at his right hand as he clenched it twice in succession.

Son Gohan shifted slightly to the side and cautiously fixed his gaze on Slug. He saw that Slug had returned to a youthful state, his body so muscular that he hardly looked like a Namekian.

The aura he released was also stronger than anything Gohan had ever encountered.

"This power truly feels wonderful. No wonder they said there was a Namekian who could rival me!"

A trace of smugness flashed through Slug's eyes in the distance. Then he looked at Piccolo. "But it's still not enough. If I assimilate you as well, that will be true, invincible power!"

As he spoke, he spread the five fingers of his right hand, and dark-red energy instantly formed.

Son Gohan swiftly pulled Piccolo aside, then fired a Ki blast backhanded at Slug. Yet Slug only gave a sinister grin and actually dispersed the blast with one hand.

He then looked at Son Gohan and sneered. "You're the one who punched a hole through my spaceship earlier?"

"That's right!"

Son Gohan stood in front of Piccolo. The wild power within him was blooming, and the Humanoid Great Ape Power could erupt at any moment.

Slug slowly stepped forward, sneering. "You're pretty strong, but you're no longer capable of being my opponent!"

Flash!

As he spoke, he abruptly vanished from where he stood.

Son Gohan did not panic. The muscles throughout his body suddenly tensed, golden light gleaming in his eyes as he instantly entered his Humanoid Great Ape state.

His muscles swelled dramatically, and even his height appeared different.

The instant his transformation was complete, he swiftly twisted around and raised an arm, blocking Slug's grab at just the right moment.

"Hmm?"

Obvious surprise appeared in Slug's eyes. He had thought that after growing stronger, he would be unstoppable in every battle. He had not expected his very first attack to be blocked.

But Son Gohan did not wait for him to react further.

Crimson aura blazed around his entire body as he forcefully drove his right arm forward, exposing an opening in Slug's stance.

Then he sent a kick directly into Slug's abdomen.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

Caught off guard by the sudden burst of force, even Slug could not hold his ground. His body staggered uncontrollably backward, and every step he took left several large craters in the ground.

"Let's go together, Dad, Uncle Piccolo!"

Son Gohan clearly knew how formidable Slug was. Even as he called for help, he had already charged toward Slug first.

After all, he had come here to secure victory in the match!
