Vegeta stood with his arms folded, watching Paragus bow before him with a cold gaze.

"Paragus, what do you want?"

Paragus raised his head, his goatee curling as a respectful smile spread across his face. "Prince Vegeta, I have come to invite you back to New Planet Vegeta, to lead our Saiyan race to prosperity once more."

After saying that, he bowed again, lowering himself as humbly as possible.

Vegeta snorted coldly. "Not interested."

Paragus's smile froze for half a second, but he quickly resumed his ingratiating expression.

He stepped half a pace forward, lowered his voice, and secretly revealed the news. "Your Highness, the legendary Super Saiyan has appeared in the South Galaxy."

"A Super Saiyan who appears only once every thousand years. He is wreaking havoc, and no one can stop him."

Vegeta's brow twitched.

The legendary Super Saiyan? Not Kakarot, Son Gohan, or himself.

There was actually another Super Saiyan, one said to appear only once in a thousand years? At last, a flicker of interest ignited in his cold eyes.

"Is that so? There's another Super Saiyan?" The corner of Vegeta's mouth lifted slightly.

"Interesting. Then let's go take a look."

Paragus rejoiced inwardly but kept his face calm. He turned at once, opened the spaceship hatch, and made a welcoming gesture.

"Dad, don't go!"

Future Trunks hurried forward, his purple hair fluttering in the wind. His expression was urgent, and his tone serious.

"This has to be a trap! A legendary Super Saiyan suddenly appearing out of nowhere—how could that possibly be such a coincidence?"

Vegeta paused.

He did not turn around. He merely glanced sideways at Trunks before continuing toward the spaceship without a care.

Trunks gritted his teeth. Seeing that he could not stop his father, white energy flared around him as he leaped after him.

Gohan from this timeline also rose to his feet nearby. He clenched his fists and boarded the spaceship as well.

When Krillin saw Gohan get on board, his heart skipped a beat.

Everyone else's kid had gone, and this boy whom he had watched grow up since childhood was joining in again. How could he possibly feel at ease?

He sighed, muttering, "Why is it always like this?" as he followed them aboard.

Piccolo, standing nearby, saw Gohan go and followed as well. Like an old father, he could not rest easy, so he boarded the spaceship too.

Everyone filed inside.

The hatch closed, and the spaceship's engines roared as it slowly rose into the air.

The blast of air sent cherry blossom petals swirling across the sky. Bulma stood on the ground holding a drink, watching the spaceship disappear into the distance, and sighed.

"These men really can't sit still."

Planet Vampa.

The spaceship landed in a desolate open expanse.

The hatch opened, and everyone walked down the ramp, their feet crunching over shattered stone.

The sight before them left everyone silent for a moment. The land was utterly devastated.

The ground was covered in bottomless cracks and craters. Some of the craters were several kilometers across, as though they had been blasted out by artillery fire.

The air was thick with smoke and the charred stench of burning. Fierce fires raged everywhere, while several distant mountain peaks had been sliced clean off, their broken surfaces smooth.

Traces of battle were everywhere, with billowing smoke filling the air.

Vegeta swept his gaze over the surroundings, his brows knitting tightly together.

He turned to Paragus, his voice already filled with impatience. "Where is this legendary Super Saiyan you mentioned? Where is he?"

Paragus grew anxious as well.

He hurried back and forth through the ruins, searching in every direction as fine beads of sweat formed on his forehead.

Broly was clearly nearby—so where had he gone?

He wiped away his sweat and turned back, forcing himself to remain composed as he smiled obsequiously at Vegeta. "No rush, no rush. Prince Vegeta, please rest for a moment. I'll send people to find him right away."

He waved his hand, and several transport ships descended from orbit.

The hatches opened, and a group of enslaved Seymorians filed out carrying tools and building materials. Under the shouts of Paragus's men, they began working—digging, hauling, putting up temporary structures, and repairing the damaged Planet Vampa.

As Paragus directed the work, he kept looking into the distance, his eyes filled with anxiety.

Elsewhere.

North Galaxy, an unnamed planet.

The battle had already lasted more than ten days.

The surface of this uninhabited planet had been completely transformed.

Deserts had become deep craters, rocky mountain ranges had been leveled, and blackened impact craters and cracks covered the land everywhere.

Two figures stood facing each other amid the ruins, both panting heavily.

Son Gohan's clothes had been reduced to battle-damaged rags, blood staining the corner of his mouth as he breathed heavily.

After more than ten consecutive days of intense fighting, he could feel his stamina dropping rapidly. The exhaustion was severe.

The Dimensional Seed circulated deep within his dantian. Its energy had long since filled to overflowing, and Broly's trait of "growing stronger the longer he fought" had been completely captured—but that did not mean he would not get tired.

Broly was panting even harder across from him.

The grass-green aura around him had dimmed by more than half. It was still burning, but it was clearly nowhere near as violent as before.

His golden hair was clumped together with sweat and blood, while wounds of all sizes covered his massive body.

The legendary Super Saiyan's endlessly rampaging growth was indeed terrifying, but Broly was not truly infinite.

No matter how powerful his body was, it still needed energy to sustain it, and his energy consumption far outpaced his recovery.

Broly roared and charged again, his fist wrapped in the remnants of that grass-green aura as it smashed toward Son Gohan.

He was still fast, but Son Gohan could tell he was at the end of his rope—far slower than before.

Son Gohan did not want to keep fighting.

He took a deep breath, awakening an even deeper power within his body.

A pure white aura exploded from within him and shot into the sky, tearing a huge hole through the clouds.

This power was neither violent nor deafening, yet it was more suffocating than any other form.

It was as vast as the starry sky, its pressure silently permeating the entire space, leaving no place to escape.

He directly activated his Mystic State!

Broly's charge faltered for a moment.

As he looked at that pure white aura, shock appeared on his cold, sinister face for the first time.

This was not a Super Saiyan as he understood it. It was an utterly unfamiliar power, beyond the scope of his comprehension.

He did not understand it, but instinctively, he felt fear.

Son Gohan raised a hand and easily caught Broly's incoming punch.

That fist remained utterly motionless in his palm.

Then he used Instant Transmission to appear behind Broly. Clasping his hands together, he raised them high as pure white aura flooded into his arms, then smashed them down viciously onto the back of Broly's head.

A crushing blow.

A dull boom rang out. Broly's eyes instantly rolled white, his enormous body swayed twice, and his grass-green aura went out completely. He toppled forward and crashed heavily onto the ground, reverting to his black-haired base form.

Son Gohan also withdrew his white aura and returned to normal.

He looked down at the unconscious Broly. His chest was still rising and falling. He was not dead—just unconscious.

He bent down and grabbed Broly's thick arm.

Instant Transmission activated.

Planet Vampa.

Paragus was pacing anxiously in circles, directing his subordinates to search everywhere.

His steps were hurried, his forehead drenched in sweat, and his voice had begun to tremble.

"Where is my son? Where is my son? Broly—!"

Son Gohan appeared out of thin air before him, carrying the unconscious Broly in one hand before casually tossing him onto the ground.

Broly hit the ground with a dull thud, kicking up a cloud of dust.

Paragus froze.

He looked at his unconscious son on the ground, his lips trembling a few times, but no words came out.

Just then, a set of footsteps sounded from behind them.

Vegeta, Trunks, Krillin, and the Son Gohan of this timeline were approaching after hearing the commotion.
