The heartfelt reverence and admiration in his voice made Goku and Krillin listen intently. Just what kind of person was this extraordinarily gifted youth he spoke of?
But Goku had lost his memory long ago and had no concept of "power levels," so he could not help cutting in. "W-wait, Dad. You said he had a power level of 121 at birth... What does that mean?"
Bardock shot him a sidelong glance. His tone grew slightly grave as he explained, in one go, the meaning of power level values and the Saiyan rank classifications on Planet Vegeta.
Only after hearing this did Goku and Krillin truly understand—so-called power levels were, simply put, the hard standard for measuring a person's strength!
"I see... Then how much did I have at birth?"
Before he had even finished speaking, Bardock's face abruptly darkened, and an icy air gathered between his brows.
After a long silence, he forced out two words through clenched teeth. "Two points."
"What? I only had two points?!" Goku's mouth drooped, and his expression instantly fell, full of disappointment.
Krillin held back a laugh and quietly turned his head away, his shoulders trembling slightly.
After Goku recovered somewhat, Bardock continued recounting Barros's earth-shaking exploits:

Goku and Krillin listened with their blood boiling and their hearts racing.
They could indeed flatten cities with a punch and shatter islands with a kick. But what Bardock described—splitting the earth with a raised hand, destroying planets with a wave of a sleeve, even reducing
