Sun Cheng and many Decepticon commanders under his command had gathered in the spacious conference room.

At the center of the conference room, a battle scene was being displayed before the Decepticons through a projector.

"This is the Cemetery Wind unit formed by the Americans... Its predecessor was NEST, the force the Autobots once established jointly with the Americans to target us Decepticons..."

The one giving the briefing was Mora, Sun Cheng's intelligence chief.

The Americans had deployed a Cemetery Wind unit, which had suddenly entered Africa and begun operations against the Decepticons.

Mora had brought this news.

As the largest intelligence agency on Earth, the CIA was also one of the Americans' sharpest swords abroad.

Over the past few years, Mora had dealt with the CIA on quite a few occasions.

American spies and agents who had entered South America under false identities and various pretexts, only to be captured by the intelligence network under Mora's control, numbered at least two or three hundred, if not four or five hundred.

Most of them had been sent to Hades by Mora under Sun Cheng's instructions, becoming test subjects for various dangerous experiments targeting carbon-based lifeforms.

However, some whose wills were less steadfast had ultimately become turncoats.

Thanks to this, Mora had actually established an intelligence network within the CIA and even the United States.
