It's now available!

Speaking of which, since my last book ended, I haven't written anything for more than half a year. I even thought I had lost the ability to write. Mainly because there were too many messy things and too many rejected beginnings.

I executed most of them myself.

Because after writing tens of thousands of words, I feel like I can't think of any more developments... I really don't dare to publish it. I'm actually a writer who writes based on emotions, and I know a bit about all sorts of techniques, but if I were to write entirely according to those techniques, I would find it extremely painful.

This situation continued until the end of last year. I felt it couldn't go on like this, so I sent the barely passable draft to the editor, which was unsurprisingly rejected. I felt bad for him...

Then I revised it, but it was still rejected.

I also feel that that kind of subject matter is really not my forte... Plus, it's almost Chinese New Year, so I thought I'd wait until after the New Year to think about it.

But as it turns out, procrastination didn't make things better. After the New Year, I still couldn't think of any interesting topics, and the topics I originally wanted to write about all became repulsive.

I thought I was going to have to say goodbye to writing...

Until one day, I was sitting blankly in front of the computer when an image of a girl beheading someone suddenly popped into my mind. I found it very interesting... so I thought I'd give it a shot and try writing a beginning.

I started writing in the fantasy genre. Although I was very enthusiastic at first and wrote very quickly, I soon realized that it wouldn't work... I hadn't even read many fantasy novels, and I would occasionally forget what the later stages of Qi Refining were, so I decided to give up.

But I still wanted to write about a girl beheading people, so I racked my brains trying to figure out which topic would be suitable.

It just after the Lunar New Year.

My editor, Good Luck, asked me about my new book and if I had any ideas. I said no, and he suggested I try making games instead.

After he said that...

Hmm.

I suddenly had an idea.

... How about placing the female protagonist directly into a game-like world, where she gains game-like abilities while also reasonably beheading others?

And that's how this book came about.

It all started with just a dish of vinegar, which led me to make a meal of dumplings.

However, when I was writing the outline, I found it to be quite interesting and I enjoyed writing it, so I decided to start the book.

I encountered quite a few problems during that time, probably because I hadn't written anything for too long, I had so much to write, but I couldn't pick up my writing speed.

At least it's reached the point of being listed on the shelves.

In short, thank you all for your understanding and support. I am truly, truly grateful.

And I'm also asking for an initial subscription... I'm sure many of you have already talked about how important initial subscriptions are, so I won't go into detail here.

In short, please...

I hope to write this book well and finish it smoothly, and I hope I won't disappoint you in the end.

I should be able to update at least five chapters after it's published.

If I write an extra chapter or two, I'll publish it immediately.
