Boom!
Another bolt of lightning struck the cabin. Everyone was jolted off balance, tables and chairs slammed around inside, someone screamed as they flew from left to right, and fine wood splinters rained down from the ceiling.
Before they could even catch their breath, bolt after bolt of lightning struck the cabin in succession.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
After being struck by lightning over and over, the cabin really had suffered eight lifetimes of rotten luck. By rights, it stayed in the safest domain, where no one should have been able to harm it.
But it just had to lock these people inside, and while trapping them, it had effectively protected them too.
Who could have imagined there would be something like the Fate Coin in this world? Like a perpetual-motion machine, the thing kept summoning lightning strikes, and they were even magical bolts with special damage, perfectly countering its power!
After going back and forth like this, the cabin really could not hold on anymore. Its sturdy planks cracked and popped, and some lake water seized the chance to seep in from outside.
Constantine lunged forward and pressed down on the trembling coin. The coin just so happened to land heads.
"Oh~"
With a comfortable groan, the wounds on his body healed in an instant. Constantine shuddered all over, suddenly brimming with energy.
Now this was awkward. The cabin had taken all those brutal beatings, and every toss had been tails.
But the one time Constantine did it, it was heads.
As the saying went, between the lucky emperor and the unlucky wretch, there was no harm without comparison!
With a crack, the cabin trembled "in rage" and snapped in two on the spot.
If it had a mouth, it would definitely have roared at the heavens:
