After his tricolored eyes silently gazed for a moment in the direction he had sensed, his initial cold savagery shifted into surprise and interest. He said strangely, "Oh? This feeling... familiar spacetime fluctuations. A Planar Observer?"

During the era of the Dimensional Esophagus, while Green had roamed within it as one of the monsters born from the convergence of Endless World's history, he had discovered this civilization centered on observing the tides of major trends in the Endless World—a ruler of the Planar Observer Civilization, weaving between real and illusory spacetime.
