Heracles looked at Theresa, the little girl standing across from him who was only as tall as his knees. Although he could sense considerable power within her, her appearance was far too deceptive. If possible, he truly did not want to fight her.
"What are you talking about?! Theresa won't lose."
How could Theresa possibly agree to Heracles's words? Surrendering without a fight... was not something she would do.
Even if she lost, she would die fighting here!

"I understand. Then... show me your weapon!"
Heracles gave the little girl before him a serious look. Though her face appeared childish, she was undoubtedly a true warrior.
A true warrior could not be persuaded with words alone. Only battle would do. Besides, going all out was the only way to acknowledge her. Anything less would be a disrespectful slight.
"A weapon? Isn't this one?"
Theresa hoisted the enormous cross onto her shoulder and violently smashed it toward the burly man before her.
"Watch out! Above you."
The enormous cross descended from the sky, crashing down toward Heracles.
Gripping his massive club with both hands, Heracles neither dodged nor retreated, swinging at the descending cross. Yet after his club struck it, his hands were numbed by the impact! He nearly lost his grip on his own weapon.
What a heavy cross!
The cross looked heavy enough, but because the petite Theresa had so easily wielded it as a weapon, people had somewhat underestimated its force.
Only now did Heracles fully understand that the cross itself weighed several tons. It was like swinging a
