"Serpent's power..."
Kiana looked at the "serpent" power manifesting in the girl's hand. It was an ouroboros mark, a snake with its head and tail joined together. This was Ophis's power, the power of infinity that symbolized endless cycles!
Ophis's power was undeniably formidable. Just a portion of it was enough to create a Longinus, or even forge a Transcender.
The powers of the Two Heavenly Dragons surpassed those of many gods and Transcenders. Yet even with only a quarter of her power remaining, Ophis was still two levels stronger than the Two Heavenly Dragons at their peak. One could imagine just how powerful she was.
"Forget that! You can't even defeat Great Red. How could just a fraction of your power possibly compare to Great Red?"

Ophis herself could not defeat Great Red, yet she wanted others to help her defeat that being just by giving them some "serpent" power. It was unrealistic and unfair...
As for why Cao Cao and the others had agreed to her request, it was merely to deceive her and obtain her power. And... they knew absolutely nothing about Great Red's true strength.
They thought that having a little strength gave them the right to slay Great Red.
"Then... what do you want?"
After being rejected by Kiana, Ophis withdrew her infinite power. Her little shoulders trembled slightly, as though she was unwilling to give up.
She did not disagree with Kiana either. She herself could not defeat the True Red Dragon God Emperor, so expecting someone to deal with Great Red after receiving only some of her power was indeed unequal.
"I can help you, but not now. Besides...
