Bronya looked at little Seele before her. The city had long since lost both power and water, and little Seele had stayed in this room the entire time. Of course, there was no way she could have bathed. She probably did not even have enough water to drink...

The white dress Seele wore was already filthy, her face nearly looked like that of a little dirty kitten, and her hair was slightly messy. Fortunately, she had short hair... If it were long, it would probably look even worse, right?
