Just reading that name brought a heavy sorrow welling up inside him. His eyes reddened and swelled, tears filled them, and he could not control it.

It was as though every living being had to grieve.

Jiang Ding drew a deep breath, not daring to speak that name again.
He sensed that if he touched upon it deliberately once more, he would sink back into that crushing grief as surely as if it were a law of heaven and earth.
If he came into contact with it too often, he might remain trapped in sorrow forever, until he died.
