First, one had to be politically reliable enough to pass a background review. Otherwise, entry into the Central Array-Spirit Computer was impossible.
Second, one had to pay one billion library points for ten years of access to the Central Array-Spirit Computer's computing power.
In return, one received screening and examination services from something exceptionally powerful even by Void Refining standards.
It was good value for the price.
After all, this was equivalent to a Void Refining mighty figure personally stepping in. Even family could not expect him to waive his fee.
Even brothers kept their accounts straight.
Of course, Jiang Ding could afford it because he had plenty of money.
