The Nine-Heavens Astral Wind was biting, whipping the two men's robes into a fierce flutter.

One of them wore a cyan Daoist robe and a Five-Cloud Crown, with a jade belt wrapped around his waist. He was as graceful as a jade tree in the wind, dashing and extraordinary.

The other was a girl in the bloom of youth, dressed in a pink gown. A cinnabar mole between her brows set off the surrounding skin, which glistened like jade and was whiter than snow.

Both of them were surrounded by rings of radiance, as though they were Spirit Immortals descended to the mortal world.

These two were disciples of the Mount Shu Sword Sect.

As one of the most illustrious Daoist lineages of the orthodox mystical schools, the Mount Shu Sword Sect had long held the reins of the righteous path. When accepting disciples, it would rather have none than accept the wrong ones. Talent, temperament, opportunity, and destiny were all indispensable.

The male Sword Immortal was named "Shen Yanqiu." He had originally been the son of a ferryman by the Min River. One snowy night, by a twist of fate, he rescued a severely wounded Sword Immortal from Mount Shu and was consequently accepted into the sect. He now bore the sobriquet "Snowstorm Sword."

The female Sword Immortal was "Su Qinghui." She had been a wandering immortal through successive lifetimes. After reincarnating three times and cultivating an unknown amount of merit, she had finally managed to enter the Mount Shu Sword Sect. Her sobriquet was—"Violet Cloud Sword"!

The two of them were both among the current "Seven Swords of Shu Mountain" of the Mount Shu Sword Sect.

The title of "Seven Swords of Shu Mountain" came from a handwritten document left behind by the founding patriarch
