Naruto passed the Chunin Exams, strengthened his swordsmanship, learned his parentage, and began to understand Kurama. As Sasuke fought Gaara and the invasion started, Naruto killed Kabuto after extracting Konoha’s intelligence-room seal sequence.

• Sekiro gave Kuro the Dragon’s Tear and Sakura Blossom before sacrificing himself, and Naruto recalled his previous life as he joined his friends for a picnic.
• Naruto passed the graduation exam, joined Hayate Gekko’s team, and grew stronger through training and missions with Izuno Akigiku and Raimon Koshireki.
• Naruto and his team passed the Chunin Exams’ written and forest stages, reaching the tower unusually quickly.
• Naruto defeated Hinata Hyuga in the preliminaries and began training in Wind Release with help from Uzuki Yugao and Jiraiya.
• Jiraiya taught Naruto the Summoning Jutsu, and Naruto learned from Kurama that Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki were his parents.
• Naruto defeated Temari in the finals, while Shino Aburame beat Shikamaru Nara and Sasuke arrived to face Gaara.

After leaving Konoha, Naruto reunited with Gaara, intervened in the Sound Four’s pursuit of Sasuke, and was transported to the past by the Ryūmyaku. He reached Konoha Year 47, met his mother Kushina, and began learning Sealing Jutsu from her.

• Naruto defeated Shukaku with Kurama’s help, spoke with Gaara about their lives as Jinchuriki, and invited him to join Dragonborn.
• After Konoha confined him, Naruto escaped and traveled to Sunagakure, where he reunited with Gaara and learned that Gaara and Shukaku had begun communicating.
• When Sasuke defected, Naruto went to the Valley of the End and rescued Shikamaru and the other Konoha pursuers, then chose not to fight Sasuke.
• Naruto traveled to Rōran and helped Mukade release the Ryūmyaku seal, but its chakra carried them both into the past.
• In Rōran, Naruto learned he had arrived in Konoha Year 47 and gave Queen Sāya a chakra-bearing wooden kunai before leaving for the Land of Fire.
• Naruto killed a Konoha ninja who had assaulted a woman and clashed with Sarutobi Shin'nosuke’s squad when they came to investigate.
• Naruto entered Konoha in disguise, found Kushina, and told her that the Ryūmyaku had brought him from the future.
• Kushina welcomed Naruto into her home, shared meals and family conversation with him, and began teaching him Sealing Jutsu.

Naruto joined Yahiko and Nagato’s Akatsuki, helped overthrow Hanzō, and saw the group take control of Amegakure. As war spread across the nations, Naruto opened his seal and prepared to pursue greater strength before leaving his friends behind.

• Naruto met Yahiko, joined Akatsuki, and recognized the Rinnegan in Nagato’s eyes.
• Hanzō and Shimura Danzō lured Akatsuki into a trap, and Nagato summoned the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path as Yahiko and Konan were captured.
• Naruto rescued Yahiko and Konan, then agreed to help Nagato overthrow Hanzō and take control of Amegakure.
• Naruto and Nagato defeated Hanzō, and Naruto killed Chief Elder Kazuhiko after Akatsuki took power in the village.
• Naruto met Jiraiya during Konoha’s alliance visit, then opened the Eight Trigrams Seal and spoke with Minato and Kushina before they faded away.
• Naruto entered Kurama Chakra Mode, copied Minato’s Forbidden Jutsu knowledge, and decided he needed overwhelming strength to make the villages listen to his peace proposals.

Naruto stopped the brewing war between Konoha and Sunagakure, then forced the great villages to confront his demand that they renounce large-scale war. As Konoha, Iwagakure, and Kumogakure faced his power, Gaara moved toward leadership and Kakashi began to reconsider his grief and his ties to Konoha.

• Naruto helped Sāya remove Anrokuzan from power in Rōran, then discovered that the Ryūmyaku energy inside him could eventually return him to his original world.
• Naruto fought off Terai’s Root squad and unleashed a Tailed Beast Bomb, prompting Sunagakure to investigate the chakra signature and Konoha to face questions about Naruto’s whereabouts.
• Naruto brought Isobu to the Konoha–Sunagakure border and forced both armies to withdraw, warning the great villages that Dragonborn would prevent large-scale wars.
• Naruto confronted the leaders of Konoha and demanded a public promise against large-scale war, threatening the village until Tsunade agreed to issue a declaration.
• Shadow Clone Sanmei confronted Ōnoki with Isobu and Shukaku, and Ōnoki agreed that Iwagakure would issue a statement after the tailed beasts demonstrated their power.
• Naruto fought the Fourth Raikage and Killer B, defeated Killer B, and secured Kumogakure’s agreement to issue a statement against large-scale war.
• Jiraiya helped Kakashi recognize the people of Konoha as his comrades, while Ōnoki ordered Kitsuchi to bring Deidara and Rosshi back to preserve Iwagakure’s Dust Release.
