• Fang Yu uncovered the Heaven-Palm Bottle, then returned to the Fang Family and learned from Fang Qingxue that it contained Nine Yang Sacred Water.
• Fang Yu befriended Fang Han and arranged his adoption into the Fang Family, then used the Heaven-Palm Bottle to enter the Mortal World and sought a cultivation sect.
• The Five Friends of Mount Meng discovered Fang Yu's lightning-attribute spiritual root and planned to use him, while Fang Yu reached the tenth level of Qi Refinement and learned the Lightning Technique.

Fang Yu became Lei Wanhe’s disciple, advanced to Foundation Establishment, and joined Yellow Maple Valley’s trip to the Blood-Colored Forbidden Land. After the trial, he sought Xin Ruyin’s help making formations and returned to Fang Qingxue with something to discuss.

• Lei Wanhe accepted Fang Yu as his seventh disciple and gave him the Thunder Moon Crescent Hook, while Fang Yu found a Spirit Eye Spring and trained his body there.
• Fang Yu defeated Senior Brother Lu in a wagered duel after Lu had bullied the Murong brothers, then faced questions from Yellow Maple Valley’s stewards and lost a year of spirit stones as punishment.
• Fang Yu visited Fang Qingxue, received the Origin Spirit Art, the Chaos-Cavern Breath-Absorption Art, and the Righteous Qi of Heaven and Earth, and began practicing them.
• Fang Yu refined a Foundation Establishment Pill and entered the Foundation Establishment Realm before joining Yellow Maple Valley’s party heading to the Blood-Colored Forbidden Land.
• At the forbidden land, Fang Yu recognized Nangong Wan’s concealed identity and warned her not to enter, and she stayed behind, and Qiong Old Monster later blamed Fang Yu for her decision.

Fang Yu strengthened his cultivation and puppets, then traveled with Nie Ying to Yan Family Fort for the Treasure-Seizing Tournament. He uncovered the Ghost Spirit Sect’s trap, escaped its aftermath, and set out to seek the Great Shift Token.

• Fang Yu cultivated the Great Development Art and refined puppets before returning to the Fang Family, where he encouraged Fang Han and gathered materials for his craft.
• Fang Yu tempered himself in Sacred Peak Foothill Hall’s earth-fire chamber, reached the middle stage of Foundation Establishment, and agreed to join Nie Ying at the Treasure-Seizing Tournament in exchange for Lei Wanhe’s ancient pill formulas.
• At Yan Family Fort, Fang Yu recognized the Ghost Spirit Sect’s threat, helped Dong Xuan’er arrange to join the Acacia Sect, and gave Nie Ying supplies to help the Seven Sects’ disciples escape.
• Fang Yu warned Han Li about the danger, then fought Wang Chan when the Yin Fire Formation trapped the Seven Sects’ cultivators and refused the Ghost Spirit Sect sect master’s offer to join him.

He later returned to Void Heaven Hall under the name Nangong Han, pursued the Nine-Twist Ginseng, and entered the Lava Path after rival factions began courting and targeting him.

• Old Freak Linghu confirmed Fang Yu had killed the Li Brothers and promised him support, while cultivators from Yellow Maple Valley and the Moon-Covering Sect proposed marriage alliances.
• Fang Yu met Nangong Wan, took the alias Nangong Han, and entered the Moon-Covering Sect to fight on the battlefield before she sent him to Yue Capital to find a traitor.
• Fang Yu helped Xin Ruyin and Xiao Mei rescue Qi Yunxiao by attacking the Black Fiend Sect, then returned with them to Yuanwu Kingdom and repaired an ancient teleportation formation.
