Background

Fang Gang was a night-shift delivery rider when the Blood Moon appeared. While delivering food to Anxin Funeral Home, he encountered a Grudge Aggregate and awakened a System that allowed him to spend Evolution Points on attributes and cultivation. He immediately used his initial points to raise his Strength, then killed the entity with his fists. 1

His investigation of the funeral home exposed him to Yin Energy Erosion and the mark that later developed into the Soul Devouring Yin Line and Grudge Pupil Seed. He pursued increasingly dangerous entities through the funeral home and Linjiang University, using martial manuals bought from the Rookie Station to develop body-refining techniques. 3 5 6

After breaking through to the Bone Tempering Realm and partially suppressing the Yin line, Fang Gang accepted Chen Tao’s offer to become a Special Affairs Bureau consultant. He chose the position for access to intelligence and rewards while retaining freedom of action. 7
