Background / History

Fang Gang acquired the halberd after defeating the Grade A Blood Fiend Corpse Puppet at the chemical plant. The weapon had belonged to the fleeing robed figure; Fang Gang pulled it from the ground after its malevolent spirit aura was purified by his yang qi and blood. He kept it as a trophy, finding its weight and handling suitable. 14

He formally claimed the weapon before leaving the chemical plant, then stored it in his apartment when not in use. 15 By the time he began investigating supernatural incidents for evolution points, the halberd had become his regular weapon. 16 17

Appearance

A heavy, mottled ancient bronze halberd with a blunt-looking blade and a cold, battle-worn presence. It is repeatedly carried on Fang Gang's shoulder, where its size and grim aura make it conspicuous even in public settings. 14 28

After Fang Gang advances his Nine Yang Divine Skill, the halberd becomes a conduit for Nine Yang True Fire and is used to burn through large groups of zombies. 23

Nightmare Emblem Gala and City God Temple

The weapon accompanies Fang Gang into the Starlight Charity Gala, where it makes his intrusion unmistakable, and later into the abandoned City God Temple. 28 36
