"Fugaku Uchiha, I really misjudged you!"
"You wouldn't even spare someone so young! Are you even human?!"
Mikoto Uchiha's voice was so loud that both Uchiha Yato and Sparkle could hear her from outside the door.
Along with Mikoto Uchiha's shouting came the sounds of things being smashed, making it clear that Fugaku Uchiha's home was far from peaceful.
Uchiha Yato's mind raced, and he immediately asked Sparkle,
"Where did you put Valleta?"
Sparkle answered uncertainly.
"At Fugaku's house..."
Uchiha Yato and Sparkle exchanged a glance, then immediately rushed into Fugaku Uchiha's house to stop this misunderstanding.
After Uchiha Yato and Sparkle explained things, Mikoto Uchiha finally calmed down.
Mikoto Uchiha then said with great elegance,
"Since the misunderstanding has been cleared up, I'll make you some tea. Take your time discussing whatever you need to discuss."
With that, Mikoto Uchiha left the room.
Everything appeared harmonious, so long as one ignored the traces of destruction all around them and the bruises currently covering Fugaku Uchiha's face. It all looked so wonderful.
Fugaku Uchiha spoke in a resentful tone.
"Why did you frame me like this?!"
"I never provoked either of you!"
Sparkle was rather embarrassed and could only offer an awkward explanation. Uchiha Yato then immediately used his usual tactic of changing the subject.
"Surely the clan head didn't call us here over such a trivial matter. Is there something important?"
Fugaku Uchiha clearly fell for it, and then said,
"Itachi brought Naruto Uzumaki into the clan grounds."
Uchiha Yato froze for a moment upon hearing that, then broke into a smile.
"That's wonderful. We have another trump card to use against Konoha. We weren't planning to remain in Konoha permanently anyway, so there's no need to give them too much face."
