He concentrated chakra in his hand, forming a rapidly spinning blue chakra sphere. Sharp wind blades coiled around it, enough to shred steel.
Then, he infused it with Lightning Release chakra. The blue Wind Release was instantly dyed with a layer of deep-blue lightning, multiplying the Rasenshuriken's destructive power severalfold.

Uchiha Yato hurled the Rasenshuriken. The chakra sphere tore through the air with a piercing howl as it flew toward Kanoshius.
For the first time, a grave expression appeared in Kanoshius's eyes. She formed seals with both hands, and the golden aura around her body surged, forming an enormous golden barrier.

The Rasenshuriken slammed viciously into the golden barrier. Wind blades and lightning frantically tore at it as golden motes and blue chakra devoured each other, erupting in a deafening explosion.
