"Yo, heading to the academy? Are you all set?" Familiar clansmen greeted him at the entrance of the clan compound.

Uchiha Yo nodded.

Suddenly, Uchiha Yo felt a chill at his neck as the examiner appeared at his side with a shuriken pointed directly at his throat. "Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu!" Uchiha Yo had used the Clone Technique the moment he struck the examiner and had been lying in ambush beneath his own feet. The examiner turned into a piece of dead wood. "Water Style: Water Prison Jutsu!" Uchiha Yo was trapped inside a blue sphere of water. "Fire Style: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique!" While casting the Earth Style, Uchiha Yo had simultaneously used the Clone Technique and the Transformation Technique; he first had his clone cast the Earth Style, then transformed his own body into a shuriken on the ground, and unleashed the fire jutsu the moment the opponent made his move.

"Water Style: Water Wall. The examination is over, Uchiha Yo passes." With Jiraiya's intervention, the test concluded. "Thank you, Lord Jiraiya," the examiner said to Jiraiya. "As expected of a genius from the Uchiha clan!" "That Uchiha kid is strong." "Are kids these days already this strong?" The onlookers exclaimed in succession.

"You're strong, Uchiha brat. Remember to report to the Hokage's office tomorrow." With that, Jiraiya used the Body Flicker Technique and vanished.

Uchiha Yo slowly let out a breath; that was truly not easy. Surrounded by several clansmen, he headed toward the Police Force headquarters.
