"Iwagakure," he compared it with the intelligence on the Land of Earth, "is somewhat like... North Korea from my previous life? It implements a military-first policy. Every ninja it produces is a vicious character."

Based on mission frequency, population bases, wartime losses, and the rough public descriptions of each village's scale, he even began attempting quantitative estimates.

"Konoha's current total number of ninja, judging from mission volume and personnel assignments, is probably between ten thousand and thirteen thousand." His mind calculated rapidly. "Jonin, as the core elite and mission team leaders, cannot be too numerous—probably around five hundred to seven hundred. Chunin are the backbone, undertaking most B-rank missions, and should number around three thousand.
