Bloodthirsty Spider Emperor

Lu Chen strolled along at an unhurried pace.

He did not deliberately use Mind Perception, because there was no need. Those beings would come looking for him themselves soon enough.

After walking for a while, Lu Chen suddenly stopped beside a massive tree. He had already sensed something slowly approaching.

"Oh? You've finally come?"

Lu Chen appeared exceptionally composed. With the Infinite Gem, he feared no one. Even when facing the most terrifying existence in the Land of Great Evil, Lu Chen would not so much as furrow his brow.

I, Lu Chen, fear no one!

He raised his head, a disdainful sneer curling across his lips.

Lu Chen stared at the huge spider hanging from its web, his face slightly pale.

He vaguely remembered that, in his previous life at the orphanage, there had been a palm-sized spider on the ceiling of his room, its eight legs waving about like claws and fangs.

Even now, it remained a shadow he could not shake.

The Bloodthirsty Spider Emperor froze briefly when its prey suddenly vanished, but it quickly spotted Lu Chen again nearby.

It leaped down from its web, let out a series of hisses at Lu Chen, then charged at him like a gust of wind.

Lu Chen released his control over the boulder's gravity, and the massive rock, weighing dozens of tons, crashed down upon the Bloodthirsty Spider Emperor.

Seemingly sensing the danger, the Bloodthirsty Spider Emperor, imprisoned in place, began hissing and struggling desperately.

But it was useless. Without the ability to shatter space, it could forget about breaking free from spatial restraints.

Even if it could damage space, Lu Chen could reinforce its strength. Sooner or later, there would be space it could not break.

The earth trembled. The Bloodthirsty Spider Emperor's enormous abdomen was smashed to pulp, spraying vast amounts of disgusting fluid everywhere. When it hit the ground, it gave off a foul stench.

After putting away the Soul Bone, Lu Chen did not waste any more time and headed straight for the Lake of Life.

He was going to meet the supreme ruler of the Star Dou Forest, the Golden-Eyed Black Dragon King—a terrifying Soul Beast with an immense cultivation of eight hundred and eighty thousand years.

Furthermore, judging by his appearance alone, this human was absurdly young.

P.S.: It seems many readers like Gu Yuena. I've only read the first Douluo novel, honestly, and I forced this part of the plot in myself. Don't blame me if it isn't written well—I don't know anything about characters outside of the first Douluo novel.

After the protagonist takes Gu Yuena away, he will not return to the Land of Great Evil. After all, the plot has already deviated from what I originally planned.

I changed a lot of things because of this, and it left me completely out of sorts all day today.
