"Er Ming! Were you trying to kill that child just now?" Xiao Wu stood on Er Ming's palm with her hands on her hips, her expression displeased.

"Sister Xiao Wu, he's human. Humans are the enemies of us soul beasts," Er Ming said pitifully.

"But he's only a child! Remember this—don't ever do that again, or I'll get angry." Xiao Wu pouted, pretending to be very angry.

But to Xiao Wu's shock, Er Ming roared for quite a while, yet the little brat before them was completely unaffected, still standing there perfectly straight.

"Ah! Why is my head a little dizzy? No! I can't pass out! Little sister, I'm coming to save you right away."

"Er Ming, this child really is unusual. But he said he's about to pass out, so he clearly can't hold on much longer. Knock him out," Xiao Wu immediately ordered when she heard Lu Chen's words.

"But what? If we don't leave now, that big gorilla will wake up. Then neither of us will be able to get away." As he spoke, Lu Chen grabbed Xiao Wu's hand while she was still stunned and pulled her away from the area.

After reaching a safe area, Lu Chen stopped and carefully sized up this Hundred-Thousand-Year loli.

She was about the same height as him, with a delicate, doll-like face and skin smooth enough to seem breakable at a touch. Her crimson eyes were bright and lively, while the rabbit-ear ornament on her head made her already adorable appearance even more endearing. Her carrot-shaped shoulder bag seemed to be stuffed with quite a few things.

Lu Chen guessed it was probably full of carrots. When he had the chance, he ought to introduce her to Grandpa Jack. This little bunny would surely like Grandpa Jack.
