Every morning, when the first rays of sunlight fell upon the training ground, Uchiha Xin had already begun practicing his ninjutsu. He formed hand seals with both hands, muttered under his breath, then suddenly thrust his palms forward. A blazing fireball roared out, carving a dazzling trail across the training ground. This was the ninjutsu the Uchiha Clan took such pride in—the Great Fireball Technique.
However, Xin knew that mastering the Fireball Technique alone was far from enough. He also needed to become proficient in all kinds of ninjutsu and taijutsu if he wanted to remain undefeated in future battles. So, he began practicing with shuriken as well. Shuriken were long-range weapons commonly used by ninjas, and only exceptional precision and skill could bring out their full power.
Xin threw shuriken over and over, constantly adjusting his posture and strength, striving to hit the target every time. His fingers had developed calluses from the prolonged friction, but he did not care in the slightest. He knew this was an unavoidable path toward becoming strong.
One day, Xin crossed into the world from before and caught sight of Itachi Uchiha. Itachi was a genius ninja of the Uchiha Clan, and his shuriken skills were astonishing. The flight paths of Itachi's shuriken resembled graceful arcs. Every throw struck its target with perfect accuracy, while the strength and speed were controlled to perfection.
Xin watched in fascination and resolved to learn Itachi's techniques. He carefully observed every one of Itachi's movements, trying to uncover their secrets. He discovered that when Itachi threw shuriken, he focused not only on technique and power, but also on mindset and rhythm. Only with a calm mind could one unleash their greatest potential; only by grasping the rhythm could one move with ease in battle.
Xin began trying to incorporate Itachi's techniques into his own practice. He constantly adjusted his mindset and rhythm, working to become calmer and more confident. At the same time, he intensified his shuriken training, throwing them again and again, correcting his movements time after time.
As time passed, Xin's shuriken skills became increasingly refined. He was no longer satisfied with merely hitting the target, and began pursuing greater accuracy and longer range. His shuriken traced beautiful arcs through the air, as dazzling as meteors streaking across the night sky. However, he knew he still had a long road ahead.
To Uchiha Xin, the Great Fireball Technique had long ceased to be mere ninjutsu practice. It represented his deep-seated obsession with and pursuit of Fire Release ninjutsu. Whenever he formed those familiar hand seals—Snake, Ram, Monkey, Boar, Horse, Tiger—he could feel chakra gathering in his throat, like a flame on the verge of eruption.
However, as his strength grew, Xin gradually realized that chakra control and application were the keys to ninjutsu. He was no longer content with simply releasing the Great Fireball Technique a few times, and instead began pursuing greater efficiency and more powerful results.
Now, he stood on the training ground with his eyes closed, sensing the flow of chakra within his body. He knew that although his chakra reserves had grown, they were still far from their limit. Every release of the Great Fireball Technique was a test and exercise of his chakra.
Xin drew a deep breath and rapidly formed hand seals. Chakra gathered in his throat once more. He felt that blazing power, as though it were about to consume his entire body. Yet he felt no fear at all. Instead, he was filled with anticipation and excitement.
He suddenly opened his mouth, and an enormous fireball burst forth, instantly shattering the training ground's silence. The fireball tumbled through the air with a deafening roar, as if it would burn everything to ashes.
However, Xin did not stop. He released the Great Fireball Technique several times in succession, each one more practiced and precise than the last. He knew he was still on the path of growth, with even more challenges and opportunities awaiting him.
As he continuously released the Great Fireball Technique, Xin's chakra reserves were gradually depleted. Yet rather than becoming discouraged, his conviction only grew firmer. He believed that as long as he continued to work hard and train, one day he would master even more powerful ninjutsu and become a true legend of the strongest.
The Great Fireball Technique was only the beginning of his journey.
