These grayish-white things looked like humans, yet not quite human. As they crawled, they gave off a faint white glow, and a hazy afterimage seemed to surround their bodies. They were utterly bizarre.
What were these things?
Bioengineered zombies? Scientific monsters? Magical creatures?
Shen Feng frowned, realizing that these things were definitely nothing good.
What surprised him even more was that these creatures crawling out of the building showed absolutely no change in the passive infrared night-vision goggles!
Logically, if they possessed significant heat themselves, they should have appeared as highly conspicuous colored spots in the infrared night vision. This complete lack of response was truly strange.
"Don't be scared, Little Feng. Let Grey Tide open its big mouth and smack them around, teach them some manners." Jingwei's voice rang out from the silicon-based framework on his chest, sounding smug and triumphant. "We brought Grey Tide with us this time. We won't have to meekly take it lying down like before."
Shen Feng smiled and shook his head. With a wave of his hand, the Grey Tide that had been following behind him immediately surged forward, extending mechanical tentacles toward the dozen or so gray figures that were about to reach the ground!
No matter what kind of monster they were, once Grey Tide wrapped around them, they would be finished.
