Tang San returned to Shrek Academy and joined Grandmaster’s group on a visit to the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, while Dugu Yan brought Dugu Qiubai to find Yu Tianheng. After Dugu Qiubai defeated Yu Xiaogang and Gu Yuena exposed his plan to kill the child, Yu Tianheng left the clan with his family as Gu Yuena’s Dragon Horse defeated Yu Yuanzhen.

• Tang San returned to Shrek Academy, revealed his identity, and refused to use Spirit Hall’s method to obtain his next Soul Ring until Grandmaster persuaded him to treat it as collecting a debt.
• Grandmaster led Tang San, Oscar, and Ma Hongjun to the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, where Tang San endured Yu Yuanzhen’s pressure and showed his strength to the clan.
• Dugu Yan arrived with Dugu Qiubai to find Yu Tianheng, and Grandmaster and Yu Yuanzhen initially refused to let them meet him.
• Tang San challenged Xiao Wu, but she defeated him, and Xiao Wu and the other women revealed they each had eight Soul Rings.
• Dugu Qiubai challenged Yu Xiaogang, defeated him, and refused an offer to stay with the clan in exchange for being reunited with his father.
• Gu Yuena forced Yu Xiaogang to confess that he wanted Dugu Qiubai killed, and Yu Tianheng chose to leave with Dugu Yan and their son.
• Yu Yuanzhen and the clan surrounded the departing group, but Gu Yuena summoned Dragon Horse, which revealed itself as a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast and gravely wounded Yu Yuanzhen.
• Gu Yuena left with the women and Dugu Qiubai as Yu Tianheng departed with Dugu Yan, then she struck Yu Xiaogang after he accused Spirit Hall of colluding with soul beasts.

Tang San and his companions advanced through the Sea God trials, while Tang Hao confronted the Slaughter King and helped Tang San obtain the Asura Sword. Ao Tian entered the God Realm and refined the Golden Dragon King into a pill for Gu Yuena as the gods gathered around it.

• Gu Yuena crippled Grandmaster, who warned Tang San that Sea God Island might offer a path to oppose Spirit Hall.
• Tang San, Dai Mubai, Oscar, and Ma Hongjun traveled to Sea God Island, where they received trials and trained until they became Titled Douluo.
• After returning to the mainland, Tang San learned that Spirit Hall had founded an empire and secretly took the Sea God's Heart from the Heaven Dou Imperial Palace.
• Tang San restored Ma Hongjun's eyes, then persuaded Tang Hao to seek the Asura Sword and its divine inheritance in Slaughter City.
• Tang Hao fought the Slaughter King, while Tang San pierced him with the Sea God's Trident and freed Tang Chen from the evil power controlling him.
• Tang Chen died after giving Tang Hao permission to take the Asura Sword, and Tang San and his companions killed the trapped Fallen Ones before returning to Shrek Academy.
• Ao Tian entered the God Realm, broke the seal holding the Golden Dragon King, and defeated it despite the gods' attempt to trap him.
• Ao Tian refined the Golden Dragon King into a pill for Gu Yuena, and the arriving gods recognized its power to raise their cultivation beyond the God King realm.

Ao Tian fused Douluo Star with his inner world, transformed its laws, and prepared the Soul Beasts for war against the God Realm. As Tang San pursued his inheritance, Bo Saixi learned the truth about Tang Chen and chose reincarnation, while Ao Tian’s women reached God King level.

• Ao Tian defeated the God Kings, spared them, and later revealed his plan to merge Douluo Star with his world and create a Universe Empire.
• Ao Tian gave Gu Yuena the Golden Dragon King’s Golden Core, then refined Douluo Star, severed its connection to the God Realm, and changed its laws so Soul Beasts could become gods without Soul Rings.
• Tang San killed the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King, but the whale revived as a god and nearly killed Tang San and his companions before Ao Tian summoned him to Spirit City.
• Ao Tian destroyed the Sea God’s Divine Sense and injured the Sea God through karma, while the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King submitted and joined the Soul Beasts preparing to attack the God Realm.
• A mysterious voice showed Bo Saixi proof that Tang San had killed Tang Chen, and Bo Saixi confronted Tang San before breaking through to godhood and fleeing the Sea God.
• The Sea God caught Bo Saixi and pierced her with his trident, but Ao Tian and Gu Yuena rescued her and helped her reincarnate beside Tang Chen without his past-life memories.
• Five days later, Bibi Dong, Qian Renxue, Zhu Zhuqing, Ning Rongrong, Xiao Wu, Hu Liena, and Xiao Li became God Kings, while Ao Tian said the four Shrek members would emerge from seclusion the next day.

Tang San led Shrek’s gods against Ao Tian, but Ao Tian’s allies overwhelmed them and invaded the God Realm. Tang San’s parents were killed, the God Kings fell, and Tang San was left surrounded and grieving.

• Ao Tian sent Bo Saixi to be reincarnated beside Tang Chen, while the women around him reached God King level and waited for Tang San’s group to emerge from seclusion.
• Xiao Wu and Ning Rongrong arranged for Ao Tian to alter Liu Erlong’s memories so she would love Flender, leaving Yu Xiaogang convinced that his memories were wrong.
• Tang San and the other Shrek gods returned to the continent, revived Ah Yin, and set out for Spirit City after deciding to assassinate Ao Tian and Bibi Dong.
• Ao Tian’s forces surrounded Shrek in Spirit City and blocked their escape to the God Realm, while Ao Tian and his allies revealed their power and exposed their plans.
• Tang San and his companions ascended to the God Realm, but Ao Tian cut through the divine light protecting them, while Liu Erlong chose to stay with Flender and Ao Tian burned Yu Xiaogang’s body and soul.
• Ao Tian and the Soul Beast army confronted Tang San in the God Realm, and the God Realm’s forces went to war against them as Gu Yuena killed Poseidon and Zhu Zhuqing killed the God of Destruction.
• Gu Yuena obliterated the captured Divine Souls, while Ao Tian burned Tang Hao and Ah Yin to nothing before Tang San, and Ma Hongjun, Oscar, and Dai Mubai begged for mercy.
