Hearing Harry's voice, Malfoy spun around in a panic, but it was too late. Harry slammed into him and sent him flying. Malfoy crashed into the grinning Goyle beside him, and the two of them rolled onto the floor together.
"Harry Potter!" Malfoy shouted furiously.
Ron ran over to stand beside Harry as well, facing off against the others. His mind raced desperately—there were too many Slytherins. Maybe they should make a run for the library...
"Harry, don't—oh, Neville!"
When Hermione saw Neville's condition, her lips went white with rage. She hurried over to undo the spell on him.
With Hermione's help, Neville finally stood up. His whole body trembled as he stared fixedly at the Slytherin student who had been standing on his wand—Theodore Nott.
Under his fierce, furious glare, Nott quietly drew his foot back a little.
"This is too much! You—" Hermione glared angrily at them and shouted, "How could you treat him like this?"
"What's it to you?" Malfoy snapped as he got up and brushed the dirt from himself. "You filthy Mudblood!"
Harry still did not understand what had happened when Ron and Neville roared and charged forward together!
"You'll pay for what you said, Malfoy!" Ron yelled.
"Don't say that word! Don't!" Neville showed courage and fury unlike anything he had ever displayed before.
Two fists slammed into Malfoy's face one after the other.
The delicate-featured Young Master Malfoy let out a scream, and blood immediately spurted from his nose.
"How dare you!" Pansy Parkinson shrieked, grabbing Ron's robe and raking her nails straight across his neck.
The surrounding Slytherins did not just stand by either. Goyle kicked Neville in the stomach, while Nott booted Ron away.
Harry froze for only a moment before reacting at once. When Crabbe raised a fist to smash
