(Who Is Real event is about to end)
"Then, Dr. Kal'tsit, I'll go find Nian." Bai Ye snapped his fingers.
Dr. Kal'tsit said nothing, merely nodding as though lost in thought.
From what Dr. Kal'tsit had said earlier, Bai Ye suddenly understood something: not every kind of sorcery in this world was called Originium Arts.
Or rather, supernatural abilities had existed even before Originium appeared. For instance, the powers wielded by those gods were not Originium Arts.
What were Originium Arts?
A series of techniques that used Originium to alter the inherent properties of matter were known as Originium Arts, commonly referred to as "sorcery." The energy used by Originium Arts was generally believed to come from Originium itself.
In the beginning, Originium was either used directly or only roughly processed to cast sorcery. Now, people fashioned Originium into casting units, making Originium Arts easier, simpler, and more stable to use.
But Dr. Kal'tsit had said that gods had been born long before Originium appeared. Therefore, the power of gods did not fall within the scope of Originium Arts.
"So you suspect I'm a god too?" Bai Ye laughed soundlessly. "Sadly, I don't think I am..."
Bai Ye left Dr. Kal'tsit's office, sensed Nian's location, and headed toward the Engineering Department.
After passing through the corridors, Bai Ye arrived at Rhodes Island's Engineering Department.
"Bai Ye!"
Not far away, Closure waved at him.
"It's so lively here..."
Bai Ye saw not only engineering operators, but seemingly quite a few researchers from the caster division as well.
"We're conducting tests. Do you see that big thing over there? That's our unfinished prototype."
As she spoke, Closure pointed to the massive energy reactor in the middle of the factory floor.
"According to Dr. Kal'tsit, this thing already has the beginnings of that
