Among them, a Low-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus bloomed with one petal and contained ten Innate Divine Restrictions; a Mid-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus bloomed with four petals and contained twenty-two Innate Divine Restrictions; and a High-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus bloomed with seven petals and contained thirty-four Innate Divine Restrictions.

The Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus was extraordinarily wondrous. It produced only two lotus seeds each time, one Yin and one Yang, and they required one hundred Epochs to mature.

If both mature lotus seeds were consumed by the same person, that person could easily comprehend the Yin-Yang Dao, condense a Great Firmament Dao Fruit, and break through to the Great Firmament Golden Immortal realm.

Of course, if one broke through using the Yin-Yang Dao contained within the mature lotus seeds rather than comprehending one's own Dao, one's future prospects would be limited. One might remain stuck at the Great Firmament Golden Immortal Early Stage forever.

If the Yin and Yang mature lotus seeds were consumed separately by a woman and a man, then either their cultivation realms had to be sufficiently profound to forcibly refine them, or they would explode and die, or Yin and Yang would unite and mutually aid one another.

If Yin and Yang united and supported each other, both of them could comprehend the Great Dao and break through to Great Firmament Golden Immortals.

However, the same held true: if they had not comprehended their own Dao, their future prospects would still be limited, and they might spend their entire lives stuck at the Great Firmament Golden Immortal Early Stage.

As for the mature lotus seeds produced by the Low-Grade, Mid-Grade, and High-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotuses, their effects were similar to those produced by the Supreme-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus. They simply matured much faster and were far less effective.

Low-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus Seeds required three Epochs to mature, Mid-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus Seeds required ten Epochs, and High-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus Seeds required thirty Epochs.

Mature lotus seeds produced by a High-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus could help one comprehend the Yin-Yang Dao and break through to the Great Firmament Golden Immortal realm, though success was not guaranteed. Those produced by a Mid-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus could help one comprehend the perfected Yin-Yang Law and break through to the Taiyi Golden Immortal realm. As for those produced by a Low-Grade Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus, even that could not be guaranteed.

Furthermore, aside from being directly consumed to aid in comprehending Laws and the Great Dao, mature lotus seeds produced by the Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus could also be cultivated into spiritual roots.

However, whether due to the Heavenly Dao's restrictions or some other reason, the number of Innate Spiritual Roots that could be cultivated was limited: only one Supreme-Grade, at most two High-Grade, at most four Mid-Grade, and at most eight Low-Grade.

After that, even if Yinyang Twin-Bloom Lotus Seeds were used for cultivation, only Postnatal Spiritual Roots could be obtained, no longer counting among the Innate.

Among them, the Innate Spiritual Roots Spirit-Nurturing Tree, Fire Date Tree, and Water Pear Tree had also seen their fruits remain unpicked for far too long, greatly enhancing their quality and effects.

The Five-Colored Bamboo, meanwhile, had spread into an entire bamboo grove. Though it did not count among the Innate, it was still excellent material for refining Postnatal Spiritual Treasures.

As for the four Innate Spiritual Treasures, there was little to say about the three Low-Grade ones. In Yuan Yan's hands, they could only become decorations or collectibles. Only the High-Grade Innate Spiritual Treasure, the Four Symbols Banner, was worth mentioning.

Take Yin-Yang Sourcewater, for example. Though it was not listed among the Primordial World's ten great Innate divine waters, it was no weaker than Three Lights Divine Water when it came to nurturing spiritual roots, and in healing, it was only slightly inferior.

Primordial Chaos Divine Soil, for example, was a kind of chaotic soil with miraculous effects on planting spiritual roots, no weaker than divine soils such as Nine Heavens Breath Soil and Myriad Things Soil.

For example, the Nine-Turn Life-and-Death Grass had heaven-defying effects. Even a Primordial Golden Immortal suffering a severe Dao Injury and left with only a thread of true spirit could rapidly recover after consuming it.
