"Don't worry. You'll be fine," Hayato reassured Star-Lord.
"That really is good news, but how do you know?" Star-Lord was skeptical.
"Because I'm fucking not done having fun yet. I don't want to go back, and I need a few seasoned drivers to show me the ropes. How's that for a reason?" Hayato said.
"Doesn't sound very reliable, but thanks anyway. Come on, let me show you the skills of the universe's greatest pilot—"
Star-Lord was fired up.

The Milano's left wing slammed into a meteorite.
"Oh-ho, this is what happens when you let Quill fly the ship," Rocket Raccoon mocked.
"Asshole! Don't think I didn't see you touch the controls, damn it!" Star-Lord snarled. "If we get blown into cosmic dust, it'll be your fault."
"All right, since you put it that way..." Rocket Raccoon said, "Quill, when you're getting ready for bed in the middle of the night, you'll find your pillow a little damp. You'll wonder, What the hell is this?! Because I put poop in it."
"If you shit on my bed, I'll chop you up!"
"Oh, that's not my poop. I put Drax's in there."
That hit Drax's funny bone again. "My poop is definitely on a cosmic level."
Gamora said helplessly, "We're all about to die, and you're still talking nonsense."
After struggling through the quantum planetary belt, the Milano looked like it had been dragged across the ground. Flames covered its hull, its tail fins had exploded, and its weapons system had malfunctioned. The fact that it had not fallen apart yet could only mean the manufacturer had a conscience.
"Five light-flashes to the wormhole..." Gamora reported.
At that moment, a large number of Sovereign drone ships appeared on both sides of the wormhole.
"Those bastards have surrounded the whole area." Star-Lord
