Hyuga Wuye asked in surprise, "You can sense malice like Grandma Mito? Is it because of Kurama's chakra?"
He could not make heads or tails of this mind's-eye-like ability. All he could see was that, in Kushina's sensory world, the spiritual energy contained within different chakra appeared in different colors. Perhaps dark colors represented malicious thoughts, while sunny colors represented good intentions?
"No," the Nine-Tails sneered with his eyes closed. "That is a unique trait of her Uzumaki clan, stimulated by my chakra. If you used it, you would not have that ability."
"Huh? Wuye can use it too?"
Kushina had a rather unusual focus. Happily reaching out her hand, she said, "Wuye, Wuye, try it!"
Hyuga Wuye found it quite novel as well. He reached out and clasped her small hand.
"Pfft..."
Blazing golden flames surged up along their arms. Before long, Nine-Tails Chakra Mode appeared around Wuye, while Kushina returned to her normal appearance.

Kushina swung her red hair as she circled Hyuga Wuye again and again, happier than if she had used it herself.

Hyuga Wuye suddenly laughed. "Everything harmful to humans is evil."
That was the justice of an apex predator.
"For you to give us one-ninth of your chakra is truly a rare display of trust," he said with a smile.
Wuye recalled that story
