"Well..." After hearing Rosa's question, Gary pondered for a moment before replying, "Let's stay in Dewford Town a little longer."
"Stay a little longer?" Rosa was surprised by Gary's decision and looked at him curiously.
"I'm planning to stay in Dewford Town and give our Pokémon a short period of intensive training here." Gary explained in response to Rosa's curious gaze.
"Intensive training?" Rosa continued looking at Gary.
"There's still a long time until the Ever Grande Conference, and several of the Pokémon we've just caught need some time to train and be developed as well." Gary explained why he wanted to remain in Dewford Town.
"That's true." Hearing Gary's words, Rosa remembered the Shiny Wurmple and Aron she had caught not long ago.
"Then let's stay." Since Gary had already made up his mind, Rosa, as his girlfriend, had no intention of refusing and simply agreed.
Seeing Rosa agree, Gary nodded and began making plans.
"For the rest of today, we'll get some proper rest and take a look around Dewford Town while we're at it. Tomorrow, we'll go to the beach near Rusturf Tunnel where we played before. That's where we'll conduct our intensive training."
