"All that hard training these past few days really wasn't for nothing!"
On the evening of the fifth day of special training, on the beach near Rusturf Tunnel, Rosa looked over the condition and strength of her Pokémon after five days of training and felt deeply satisfied.
"Yeah, they've all trained really hard these past few days." Gary looked at his Pokémon, which had gone up several levels, and nodded with a smile.
"Still, we have Mr. Steven Stone to thank for this. Otherwise, our Pokémon's strength wouldn't have improved so noticeably."
Gary had not forgotten that Steven Stone, who had passed by during those five days, had guided their training several times.
"Yeah, thanks to Mr. Steven Stone." Rosa nodded in agreement.
Rosa understood perfectly well that Steven Stone's guidance addressed what she and Gary currently lacked and had overlooked. Otherwise, their Pokémon would not have made such tremendous progress.
"Looks like we'll have to repay Steven Stone when we get the chance." Thinking of Steven Stone's unreserved guidance over the past few days, Gary felt grateful and planned to properly repay him for it later.
"Count me in too." After giving it some thought, Rosa decided to join Gary in repaying Steven Stone.
"All right."
After finishing their discussion about Steven Stone, Rosa brought up their next destination.
"Now that we've finished the special training, should we get ready to leave Dewford Town?"
With the special training over, Rosa began to worry about their upcoming itinerary. She turned to Gary beside her and asked.
"It's time to leave," Gary nodded at Rosa's question before continuing, "but we'll need to stay in Dewford Town for another day."
"Why do we need to stay another day?" Rosa asked, confused.
"After five days of intense training, both we and the Pokémon
