No one had expected things to change so quickly. In the span of a single breath, Danzo, who had been standing beside them, had died at the enemy's hands.

Even though he could hardly believe Danzo was dead, once the truth lay before his eyes, Hiruzen Sarutobi's gaze turned incomparably furious as it fell upon Uchiha Yū again. There was no room for discussion this time. He threw out two shuriken and formed hand seals with both hands. "Shuriken! Shadow Clone Technique!"

The two thrown shuriken instantly became ten. During their earlier exchange, Hiruzen Sarutobi had already learned that his opponent could absorb ninjutsu, much like Dark Release. Continuing to use ninjutsu would only increase the enemy's strength and achieve nothing.
