Up on the hilltop, the blindingly fast Kakuzu had already cleared out most of the ninja. Orochimaru had casually dispatched the stronger ones who remained.
Seeing that things were going badly, Danzo had already fled far away.

Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato stood in front of Hanzo. Behind him was Danzo, coughing up blood, with Orochimaru and Kakuzu standing before him.

Danzo shakily got to his feet and pointed his cane at Orochimaru's nose!
"Orochimaru! You're one of Konoha's esteemed Sannin! Now you're openly attacking me, a member of
