Song Li was a lean village youth who supported himself by hunting. While carrying a slain beast back to his mountain village, he encountered Lin Feng, who recognized his monstrous aptitude and immediately accepted him as his first disciple. Song Li agreed without hesitation and was brought to the newly named Nameless Sect. 102

Lin Feng gave him the Heavenly Dao Reincarnation Formula and the Great Wilderness Finger, then left him to comprehend both techniques alone.
