The Generous Majesty

In the mage tower, Huo Ling sat high upon the throne.

Yuwen stood below him.

Huo Ling looked at Yuwen and said, "Keep all the dragons in line. If any of them dare harm people without cause, whichever dragon injures someone will be eaten by me."
