Earth Elemental Community

Relatively speaking, the Earth Elemental Plane was a fairly friendly plane for Huo Ling.

Although the Earth Elemental Plane was also hostile toward outsiders, it was nowhere near as overt as the Fire Elemental Plane.

If Huo Ling entered the Fire Elemental Plane, it would not be long before Legendary-rank fire elementals, prompted by the plane's will, came looking to make trouble for him.

But the Earth Elemental Plane was different. Here, the will of the Earth Elemental Plane would merely keep an eye on outsiders like Huo Ling; it would not directly influence earth elementals to come cause trouble.

Of course, that was relative. If Huo Ling began planting Energy-Storing Cores here, then that would be another matter.

An Energy-Storing Core was like drawing blood out of the Earth Elemental Plane's body. Even the steady and composed Earth Elemental Plane could not endure such treatment.

Only then would it prompt the powerful creatures within the plane to seek trouble with Huo Ling.

Generally, earth elementals were the most numerous inhabitants of the Earth Elemental Plane, followed by dwarves. Sometimes there were even dragons, usually brass dragons or blue dragons.

Huo Ling formed a spell seal, and a burst of magical radiance rose around his body.

This was the Earthwalking spell, which allowed Huo Ling to move freely through soil.

This spell consumed no small amount of mana. The harder the underground material he traveled through, the more mana it consumed.

But such expenditure was nothing before Huo Ling, a Legendary mage.

Huo Ling traveled through this spherical Earth Elemental Plane, and before long, a tunnel appeared ahead of him.

He first cast a spell to sense the nearby locations where elemental mana was abundant.

An Energy-Storing Core could not simply be placed anywhere. Otherwise, its rate of absorbing mana
