Ning Han served as a general responsible for Vanguard City's defenses during the Martial Master Trial. Ordinarily refined and gentle, he transformed into a commanding battlefield presence when war drums sounded, immediately leaving to organize the city's defense. 120

He later became the person in charge of Vanguard City No. 2, where he helped oversee the final stage of the Heavenly Prodigy Rankings assessment. He supplied examinees with highly advanced disguises that could generally withstand scrutiny below the Martial King realm. 206
