Li Changshou prepared to oppose the Heavenly Dao as the Shang–Zhou war drew the Chan and Jie Teachings into the Great Cataclysm, then killed Zhunti with Zhao Gongming's help. After uncovering the Foul Spring's nature, he accepted Hongjun's contest over Shang and Zhou's final battle.

• Zhao Gongming married Holy Mother Jinling, and Emperor Da Yu warned Li Changshou that King Zhou would be the final Human Emperor.
• Li Changshou prepared his allies to escape the Primordial World and asked the Jade Emperor to defend living beings against unjust oppression.
• Li Changshou confronted Nuwa about the Heavenly Dao, left her the Human Race Kindling, and destroyed a manifestation of the Heavenly Dao Will.
• Zhunti disabled the Ten Absolute Chain Array through sacrifices, and Golden Light Holy Mother killed herself after Holy Mother Jinling intervened to save her.

Li Changshou escaped Hongjun’s memory-altering rule, infiltrated the Western Teachings, and prepared for a future clash by planting hidden powers across the Three Thousand Worlds. As Xu Bodhi, he raised Sun Wukong, whose rise began to disrupt Heaven and the Netherworld. The stretch leaves Wukong demanding the Book of Life and Death in the Hall of Yama.

• Li Changshou escaped the Primordial World with the Jade Emperor’s help, then returned to the Five Continents disguised as Xu Bodhi and steered the Western Teachings toward establishing Buddhism.
• Li Changshou planted Illusion Spirit Nails across the Three Thousand Worlds while Hongjun arranged for him to guide the Stone Monkey and gave him the Spirit Fetus in Stone.
• Duobao established Buddhism as Buddha Tathagata, while Ksitigarbha refused his appointment and vowed not to become Buddha until hell was empty.
• Li Changshou founded Square Inch Mountain and accepted the Stone Monkey as his disciple, naming him Sun Wukong and secretly teaching him powerful abilities.
• Sun Wukong advanced to Golden Immortal, and Li Changshou expelled him from Slanting Moon, Three Stars Cave while ordering him to conceal their relationship.

Li Changshou exposed Hongjun’s origins, rallied the Great Daos, and helped free Heaven and Earth from the old Heavenly Dao, then retired with Yunxiao and Ling'e. Beyond the Three Realms, he pursued a new plan and reunited with Youqin Xuanya amid a black beast crisis.

• Sun Wukong was drawn into a rebellion against Heaven, fought its forces at Flower-Fruit Mountain, and was lured to Tushita Palace before Li Changshou revealed his return.
• Li Changshou confronted Hongjun and uncovered that Hongjun was a split personality of Senior Lang, who had shaped the Primordial World.
• Sun Wukong’s battle with the Heavenly Court became a call to resist Hongjun, as Yang Jian and Ksitigarbha urged living beings to oppose the Heavenly Dao.
• Nuwa, Haotian, the Queen Mother, and forces from across the realms gathered against Hongjun, while Grand Master Xuandu brought Li Changshou the Taiji Diagram.
• Li Changshou sacrificed the Great Dao of Balance to form the Court of All Dao, dismantle the old Heavenly Dao, and establish new rules as the Three Pure Saints fought Hongjun and Luohu.
• After recovering, Li Changshou left the Heavenly Court, reunited with Yunxiao and Ling'e, and retired on Lesser Qiong Peak with Longji and his companions.
• Li Changshou later traveled beyond the Three Realms and formed the Land of Evil as controlled bait, then investigated Chaos Black Beasts and followed Big Sis’s hunting team.
