The academy storeroom.
The Cape Squad, which was supposed to be an organization under the Lust Devil Archduke, was studying the spellbook page Mia had left behind: an avatar of the Demon of Judgment.
"I think this is a spell related to dreams, or maybe an illusion."
"Agreed. But I don't know much about Demonfolk spells, so I can't be completely sure."
"Even if we're not sure, we don't have any other options. The mission's already gone this far."

The ratio of men to women at Bjork Caster Academy was wildly unbalanced: seven to one.
Clearly, the odds of being discovered were much lower if they mingled with the men than with the women.
"So how do we get into the men's dorm and cast the illusion?"
"Don't we have Carol?"
"Oh, right."
"Fine, I'll do it."
Outside the little circle, a somewhat androgynous voice spoke up. It belonged to the squad's most unusual member: Carol.
