Background / History

Demonfall first appeared publicly ten years after the descent of the Ten Thousand Demons Cavern. It presented itself as an extremist cult, preaching that the Ten Thousand Demons Cavern was a divine army sent to punish humanity and calling its members “noble descendants of demons.” The Dragon Kingdom immediately suppressed the group, believing it had been destroyed. 208

Several years later, Demonfall revealed that multiple level-100 members had successfully fused with demon blood. These black-robed powerhouses used secret techniques to draw hundreds of monster Secret Realms into the Dragon Kingdom, shatter them, and force their contents into the human world. The resulting massacres and monster invasions became known as the Dragon Kingdom’s darkest hour. 208

The Dragon Kingdom ultimately stabilized the crisis and placed Demonfall on the global wanted list of evil cults. Demonfall members could thereafter be killed on sight and reported afterward. Dianzhou Province suffered especially severe losses, including a later descent of a level-85 Ghost Cavern Secret Realm that left the province behind the rest of the country in development and job-changing strength. 208

Despite repeated purges, Demonfall’s overall leader was never identified. The organization resurfaced decades later by infiltrating academies across the Dragon Kingdom and attempting to eliminate, abduct, brainwash, and inject demon blood into exceptional students. 155

Doctrine and Methods

• Demon worship — Demonfall venerates the Ten Thousand Demons Race and treats demonic power as a means of transcending human limitations. Early doctrine described its members as descendants of demons rather than ordinary humans. 208

Story Role / Major Arcs

Academy Infiltration

Demonfall infiltrated prestigious academies and parasitized contestants during the New Student Exchange Tournament. Its plan was to have academy teams destroy one another, kill most prodigies, and preserve selected captives for demon-blood conversion. Sun Ze and Fang Bo lost control of their hunger and transformed themselves and their hosts into demonic monsters, exposing Demonfall’s return to the public. 155

Demonfall member Di Xiong then sacrificed his life to deploy the Nether Soul-Locking Domain, attempting to trap academy leaders while the organization targeted talents such as Zhu Yaoguang and Ye Tian. Liu Huanran destroyed the domain with the Dragonfire Shadowburn Sword. 156

Dianzhou Demon-Extermination Operation

As Demonfall re-emerged in Dianzhou Province, the Dragon Kingdom launched a large-scale Demon-Extermination Operation. Demonfall remnants used a Ten Thousand Demons Spirit Array and demonic barriers to resist the academy reinforcements, but Ling Zhan absorbed the array’s demonic aura and destroyed it before the surviving members were forced into a final battle. 208 218 220

Fusang Kingdom Operations

Demonfall exploited the division between the Fusang Kingdom’s ruling faction and the Demon-Slaying Squad. Former squad members defected, underwent fusions of Ten Thousand Demons and Hundred Ghost blood, and captured allied squads in Storm Strait. 468

The organization later attempted to descend a Ghost Nest into Hakata City. The operation was destroyed within two hours, after which Ling Zhan’s purge eliminated Demonfall’s local network and left its remaining backbone members fearful of him. 522 529

Underworld God Island Deathmatch

Unable to assassinate Ling Zhan inside heavily defended Hundred Ghost Fortress, Demonfall adopted Jin Yuchun’s public scheme: a deathmatch tournament on Underworld God Island for combatants below level 100. The stated purpose was to test the major nations’ prodigies, while the real objective was to lure and kill Ling Zhan and other future powerhouses. 530 532

Demonfall fielded its Holy Son, Holy Maiden, Demon Generals, and other elites alongside allied evil organizations. Its representatives initially slaughtered several legion contestants, but the tournament inflicted severe losses on the organization’s cultivated heirs and Demon Generals. 550 561 578

Heavenly Prodigy Hunt Plan

Demonfall’s Heavenly Prodigy Hunt Plan sought to assassinate exceptional individuals and monsters worldwide, creating a generational gap in every nation’s job-changing forces and accelerating the Lord of Ten Thousand Demons’ descent. Ling Zhan occupied the first position on its must-kill list. 710

Ten Thousand Demons Cavern War

During the lower realm’s war against the Ten Thousand Demons Cavern, Demonfall’s earlier kidnappings were uncovered at Lemoris Fortress, where high-level job-changers had been held in the energy chamber. The organization had also trafficked Tree Spirits to sustain the resources and energy of major enemy fortresses. 918 891

Andrea’s defection gave the Allied Legion an accurate blueprint of Ten-Thousand Demons Fortress. She later killed three Sovereigns of Ten Thousand Demons during the final campaign in an attempt to atone for her former crimes. 992 995 1005
