History
Garos was raised under the protection of the Iron Dragon Mother alongside Samantha and Gordon. Unlike his siblings, he understood that an Evil Dragon’s protection was temporary and accepted his eventual expulsion from her territory without protest. Before sending him away, the Iron Dragon Mother gave him a rune-covered Dark Gold Tail Ring, an uncommon gesture of recognition and affection. 13
Living alone in the Wilderness, Garos built his strength through relentless training, controlled use of alchemical items, and Black Oil refined from Oil Soil. He trained his scales, muscles, wings, resistances, and breath weapons daily, treating alchemical tools as stimulants for his own evolution rather than substitutes for effort. 44 81 116
He gradually accumulated followers, resource sites, trade routes, and military forces around the Molten Iron Clan. Garos deliberately concealed parts of his network and movements from his own dependents, ensuring that one exposed territory could not reveal all of his assets or whereabouts. 113
Appearance
Garos is a heavily built Red-Iron Hybrid Dragon whose body has become progressively more weapon-like through repeated evolutions. His imposing physique, dense musculature, sharp wings, tail, thorns, and Battleworn Marks cause unfamiliar dragons to mistake him for an exceptionally dangerous Evil Dragon. 92 375 403
- At eight years old, he measured 7.2 meters long; his muscles, scales, and bones were already denser than those of an ordinary hatchling. 44
- By his later adolescent period, he exceeded 23 meters in length. 375
- His scale coloration has included black-red and deep black scales edged in silver, the latter associated with cold-element adaptation. 44 194
- His tail evolved into a blade-like weapon and his wings into spear-like structures. 194
- Dense Battleworn Marks cover his body, making camouflage or feigned weakness increasingly difficult. 403
- In Shining Form, he manifests as a golden dragon-like figure fueled by stored life energy. 587 616
Personality
Garos is cautious, analytical, and intensely survival-oriented. He consistently values preparation, initiative, escape routes, and information over honor or dramatic displays of courage. He prefers fights he can win decisively and will retreat, probe, or delay if the risks are unclear. 105 113 243
Despite his draconic pride and occasional arrogance, Garos sees strength chiefly as a means to security. His pursuit of power stems from a persistent fear that a stronger being may one day determine his fate; even after reaching the Immortal Realm, that unease remains. 560 726
He is not wholly detached from others. Garos protects and cultivates siblings, followers, allies, and descendants when doing so aligns with his long-term interests or personal attachments. He encourages useful talents—particularly Samantha’s Alchemy—and teaches his children through demanding practical combat. 113 348 618
Abilities & Skills
Adaptive Evolution
Garos’s defining talent expands his life potential through sustained training, environmental pressure, injury, and carefully managed external stimulation.
- Improves potential rather than automatically raising Life Level. 44
- Adapted to the Cliff Serpent Dragon’s Fire Curse, substantially improving his resistance to ordinary curses. 94
- Can be guided through stressors such as Black Oil, lightning, alchemical items, and high-damage opponents. 81 101 595
- Cannot be precisely controlled; Garos may establish a direction for an evolution but cannot guarantee its result. 134
- Eventually became Garos’s Immortal Divine Power. 727
Physical Combat and Draconic Weaponry
Garos is an exceptionally powerful close-range combatant despite his aerial mobility. He fights with claws, jaws, wings, thorns, and tail strikes, using his massive physique to overwhelm stronger or larger foes. 95 107 148
- Celestial Comet Wings grant extreme aerial mobility, instantaneous acceleration, sharp turns, and enhanced charges or Wing Slashes. 94 95
- Great Wilderness Dragon Fall is a diving attack used to kill or cripple large enemies through impact force. 107
- Explosive Scales absorb heat and kinetic impact before releasing explosive retaliation; they can overload under sustained high-speed movement or lightning stimulation. 44 53 125
- Blade Tail and Spear Wings transformed his tail and wings into more lethal close-combat weapons. 194
- Spell-Annihilating Claw developed from his claw evolution and can be taught to descendants who inherit it. 517 618
Dragon Qi and Martial Dragon Techniques
Garos awakened Dragon Qi after surviving the battle against the Dragon-Hunting Order and took the Martial Dragon class. 150
- Claw Attack Mastery was his first documented Martial Dragon class skill. 150
- Dragon Qi Rotation and Dragon Qi Arm Transformation enabled a four-armed combat form. 241
- The later Star-Self Head further enhanced his attack dimensions, perception, and sustained output while in his Double-Headed Four-Armed Form. 460
- Garos can maintain two Star-Self Clones simultaneously; one serves as a spatial anchor near a White Dwarf, while another guards the Red Emperor Royal City. 682
Flame, Lightning, and Breath Weapons
Garos combines draconic fire with lightning-based evolutions.
- Electric Fire Breath and Explosive Scales were used to defeat the Cliff Serpent Dragon. 69
- Golden Lightning augments his body and powers his lightning transformation. 128
- Flame Thunder Breath is stronger than his ordinary Flame Dragon Breath and Electric Fire Breath; it killed a level-ten Sword-Jawed Beast in one strike. 134
- Flame Claws combine fire and Golden Lightning for lethal close-range attacks. 148
- Lightning-Flame Annihilation Sphere solidifies energy into a long-range explosive attack. 517
Eternal Death Pathway
After gaining a “second life” through the Dragon Jade, Garos chose to cultivate the high-risk Eternal Death Pathway. 317
- Life Drain extracts life energy most efficiently from recently killed targets, replenishing Garos’s losses almost immediately. Living targets can resist it through will and strength. 390
- Life Reaping locks onto a target, drains its life force, and uses it to restore or strengthen Garos; its success relies on a constitution comparison. 460
- Rebirth at Death’s Door repeatedly restores Garos from near-fatal conditions and enables increasingly violent counterattacks. 546
- Undying Life allows energy to function as life force, enabling extraordinary regeneration so long as his reserves endure. 626
- Rage Sublimation and Death Incarnation are among his most valued later Eternal Death skills. 682
Shining Forms
Garos can convert life energy normally reserved for resurrection into overwhelming short-term power.
- Shining Form grants a golden form that sharply heightens his strength, reactions, and senses. 587 616
- Its cost is severe: Garos may be left with only a fraction of his vitality after using it. 616
- Second Shining Form enabled him to defeat the Chromatic Dragon Queen’s avatar and later break through Sheffield’s Judgment Seal. 653 686
Immortal Traits and Divine Power
Following his Immortal Life breakthrough, Garos gained traits suited to fighting on a celestial scale.
- Immortal Blood can convert dragon blood into concentrated Dragon Qi and restore it again, making him nearly invincible below the Legendary Realm at the time of its discovery. 403
- Horn of Force grants gravity perception and manipulation. 726 727
- Celestial Life gives his body the density and durability of a celestial object. 726
- His Divine Power, Adaptive Evolution, reflects his lifelong adaptation to hostile environments and desperate situations. 727
- His completed Godhood is represented by the Sword of Victory and Glory holy emblem. 745
