Background / History

Hu Liena is Bibi Dong's disciple and a member of Spirit Hall's Golden Generation. When Bibi Dong accepts Lin Yichen as her disciple, Hu Liena becomes his Senior Sister; at that point, she has not yet been formally appointed Holy Maiden. 21 22

She first meets Lin Yichen after his moonlit flute playing draws her to a secluded pool in Spirit Hall's back mountain. His Guanghan soul power, infused into the music, helps her demon-fox martial soul circulate Soul Power more smoothly. She spends the night speaking with him and soon takes responsibility for introducing him to Spirit Hall and its trainees. 22 23

During Bibi Dong's evaluation of Lin Yichen, Hu Liena fights beside Xie Yue and Yan against him. She and Xie Yue employ their martial soul fusion skill, Demon Charm, but Lin Yichen ultimately breaks through their combined offense. 24 25

Before the Heaven Dou exchange tournament, Hu Liena travels with the Spirit Hall team and becomes Lin Yichen's romantic partner.
