• Li Changqing saved Ye Guyi from Evil Soul Masters, but Ye Wanqing died after fighting to protect her daughter and the villagers she had rescued.
• Li Changqing preserved Ye Wanqing’s life soul in Ye Guyi’s Spiritual Sea and took Ye Guyi to Shrek Academy, where Mu En noticed his unusual pagoda martial soul.
• Li Changqing befriended Bei Bei and sparred with him, while Jiang Nannan later asked for help paying for her mother’s treatment.

Li Changqing helped Jiang Nannan save her mother’s soul, then took her and Ye Guyi to Mingdu, where they encountered the Holy Spirit Cult and escaped two Titled Douluos. Back at Shrek, Li Changqing subdued Ma Xiaotao’s evil fire temporarily, and his companions gathered around him as she asked for help.

• Li Changqing exposed the physician’s deception, healed Jiang Nannan’s mother enough for them to say goodbye, and gave Jiang Nannan the Black Tortoise Divine Pill.
• After Jiang Nannan’s mother died, Li Changqing and Ye Guyi preserved her life soul, and Jiang Nannan joined them in hoping to become gods and revive their mothers.
• Li Changqing returned to Shrek with Ye Guyi and Jiang Nannan, where he met Wang Dong, learned Huo Yuhao had a ten-year soul ring, and continued to draw close to his companions.

He revealed his twin Martial Souls and divine inheritance, while his presence calmed Ma Xiaotao and her return match showed her fire had changed.

• Li Changqing suppressed Ma Xiaotao’s Evil Fire with his pagoda, and Yan Shaozhe later explained that her condition could not be cured without weakening her Martial Spirit.
• Li Changqing told Wang Dong that Ye Guyi’s sacred light and Huo Yuhao’s Ultimate Ice could also suppress Ma Xiaotao’s Evil Fire, then cultivated alongside Wang Dong and accelerated her progress.
