Facing the Heavenly Emperor's mockery, Fuxi, the Heavenly Sovereign with a human body and dragon's tail, gave a soft laugh. He raised both hands, and with a flick of his fingers, hexagrams turned into rainbows that danced around him.
Their power made no distinction between hard and soft, yin and yang, truth and falsehood. The hexagrams drifted through the void like ribbons, dancing up and down as they continuously spread outward, filling the empty reaches of the Heavenly Realm.
Faintly, the entire Heavenly Realm was divided into nine parts. In each of the eight directions—east, south, west, north, southeast, northeast, southwest, and northwest—a colossal hexagram emerged. Surging force shot into the heavens, forming an immense Eight Trigrams diagram that madly absorbed all the vital energies of heaven and earth within the Heavenly Realm.
The enormous energy fluctuations that made the gods of the Heavenly Realm tremble in fear gathered upon the ancient tree, layering blessing upon blessing over it and causing its branches and leaves to grow even more wildly.
