At the start of the game, every conductor gets one chance to draw a talent.

Conductor Lu Xingyuan draws a talent called [Prismatic Augments].

Every time his train levels up, he receives a random Prismatic Augment.

The first augment: Unlimited Firepower. Choose one weapon and exempt it from resource consumption rules, keeping it fully loaded forever.
