The Dimensional Codex of Destruction

Qin Mo was still researching the now-blocked instance system and new quests, contemplating how to achieve such a high completion rate for Quest Three, when he suddenly noticed a small figure beside him.

"Um, please help Bronya restore Heavy Tank Bunny. It's Bronya's best partner."

Oh, Heavy Tank Bunny hasn't been restored yet.

Qin Mo didn't say much more, directly placing his hand on the mechanical rabbit. With a flash of light, Heavy Tank Bunny returned to its original state. Looking at Heavy Tank Bunny, Qin Mo suddenly thought of something and casually said, "Oh, this Heavy Tank Bunny of yours seems related to the Quantum Sea. It's quite powerful."

"Quantum Sea? What's that?"

Bronya's heart stirred upon hearing Qin Mo's words, but before she could say anything, Kiana's curious voice chimed in.

The JOJO world?

Qin Mo pondered for a moment, "Not really, because that world isn't within the Quantum Sea. You can think of worlds within the Quantum Sea as parallel worlds. If you have the chance, I'll take you to see them, and you'll understand. You might even meet your parallel selves."

"Parallel worlds! I want to go, I want to go!"

Putting aside the excited Kiana, Bronya felt her worldview being refreshed once again. Someone was actually saying they could freely traverse the Quantum Sea to reach other worlds!?

And from the looks of it, this wasn't their first time going to other worlds.

This is my first book, and the results aren't great. After all, I never intended to become a full-time writer; I just wrote this humble work in my spare time.

Chapter 5: Attack of the Tank-class Honkai Beast

Kiana had inadvertently revealed a lot of information, but Qin Mo wasn't going to blame her for it. Moreover, the leakage of this information might even be a good thing.

After all, Qin Mo had been thinking about how to sever Bronya's relationship with Cocolia. Bronya had been tricked so many times, yet she still trusted Cocolia, only to be completely disappointed after being controlled and betrayed multiple times.

But upon closer consideration, Bronya's feelings towards Cocolia mostly stemmed from Heer. Because Cocolia always said she wanted to save Heer, Bronya had done so many things. So, wouldn't it be enough if he just saved Heer?

However, if he said it himself, it would be too suspicious. Bronya wasn't like Mei and Kiana; one trusted him immensely, and the other was an idiot, purely carefree. If Qin Mo said it, he would definitely be questioned and not trusted.

But if the idiot let it slip, Bronya would believe it without hesitation, even thinking it was the result of her own manipulation, extracting information from Kiana.

Originally, Bronya wanted to test the Stand, Ripple, and the strange power that turned her and Heavy Tank Bunny into animals. But now, her mind was filled with only one thought: traversing the Quantum Sea to save Heer!

If Bronya had lost her emotions, she might have been able to suppress this impulse, but now that she had regained her emotions, her mind was immediately flooded with this idea, and nothing else mattered.

No! She couldn't rush this!

Although she desperately wanted to ask immediately how to traverse the Quantum Sea to save Heer, Bronya knew she couldn't be too hasty. Since she had already infiltrated their group, she just needed to probe slowly.

Bronya thought she had infiltrated the target, but she didn't realize that Qin Mo was using bait to lure her into staying and then restraining her with this information.

After suppressing her inner impulse, Bronya followed the others to the car Qin Mo had driven earlier, seeing their previous mode of transport.

A flattened off-road vehicle appeared before the four of them.

"Is this our car from just now?"

Kiana asked, looking at the familiar yet strange pile of scrap metal in front of her.

"I think so. And by the way, the culprit seems to be approaching."

Qin Mo had already noticed a giant Honkai Beast behind the building. The group hadn't seen it immediately due to the angle.

"Leave it to me!"

Seeing the giant Tank-class Honkai Beast revealing one of its feet, Kiana charged forward without a second thought.

Even though the beast's mere movement had crushed a car, Kiana charged forward without fear.

Bronya looked at this reckless scene and turned to the two who hadn't acted, "Aren't you going to help Kiana? That's a Tank-class Honkai Beast, requiring a B-rank Valkyrie to defeat."

"B-rank Valkyrie? What's that?"

Mei didn't know about Valkyries. After all, Valkyries were Schicksal's rank, and Schicksal was the main force in confronting the Honkai with sheer numbers.

"Don't worry, Kiana's strength is more than that. You know, she single-handedly dismantled the two mechs that came with you earlier."

Hearing Qin Mo's words, Bronya's eyes widened.

"Is this idiot really that strong!?

Bronya naturally knew the strength of the mechs she brought; each one possessed the power of an A-rank Valkyrie, after all, their mission was to capture Herrschers.

Being able to destroy two mechs single-handedly meant the opponent definitely had the strength of an A-rank Valkyrie, and not among the weakest either. Was that idiot really that strong?

But just as Bronya was questioning this, Kiana came flying back, smashing heavily into the wreckage of a car by the roadside, even denting the vehicle.

"Kiana! Are you okay!"

Mei immediately went to treat Kiana.

"Thank you, Mei."

Climbing out of the wreckage, Kiana stretched her shoulders. "Why isn't my Stand ability working on this big guy?"

"That's because the opponent is too large. Your Killer Queen's erasure range is very small. For it, it's like being pricked by a needle on your limbs. Unless you directly attack its head, the damage caused is less than your full-power punch."

Qin Mo explained to Kiana. Spatial erasure did sound powerful, but apart from the area it erased, it caused no additional damage.

For a human, it might cause significant blood loss.

But this Tank-class Honkai Beast's legs alone had a diameter exceeding the range of Killer Queen's sweep.

Furthermore, it had no blood inside, so these injuries were completely inconsequential to it.

"There's such a thing? I'm angry now!"

The Tank-class Honkai Beast was powerful and massive, easily destroying buildings. But as a trade-off, its movement speed was slow. Kiana was sent flying, and by the time she ran back, it hadn't even gotten close to Qin Mo and the others.

In fact, it couldn't catch up if they turned and ran, but Kiana was incredibly unwilling to accept this and insisted on charging back to confront it head-on.

Fortunately, Kiana wasn't foolish enough to try and match its strength. Using her small size and agile mobility, she dodged the Honkai Beast's stomps, leaped high into the air, and used her Stand's ability to carve out small pits on its body as footholds, jumping onto the Tank-class Honkai Beast's head.

"Get down for me!"

Utilizing the properties of Impact Steel, she charged up in mid-air. A tremendous force descended from above onto the Honkai Beast.

Boom!

A massive shockwave pierced the Honkai Beast's body and transmitted to the ground, shaking the earth and even causing numerous cracks on the road surface.

"Waaaah!"

Bronya hadn't expected the seemingly clumsy Kiana to unleash such a powerful attack. Caught off guard by the shockwave's residual energy and the shaking ground, she almost fell.

But the expected hard ground didn't hit her; instead, she fell into a soft embrace.

"Are you hurt, Bronya?"

"Mei… sister"

Hearing the gentle voice and feeling the warm embrace, Bronya even recalled the embrace of her long-lost mother.

Mei, radiating maternal warmth, almost made her call her "Mom Mei."

"Bronya is fine, Mei-sister."

Bronya wanted to cherish this feeling in Mei's arms for a while longer, but she understood that neither her current position nor the situation was suitable for such indulgence.

After she pulled away from Mei's embrace, she saw that the Tank-class Honkai Beast in front of them had completely collapsed and was motionless. Kiana, meanwhile, approached Qin Mo with a look of seeking praise.

If she had a wagging tail, she would have been just like a puppy.

Chapter Six: Ripple and Stand

"Mysterious power. Analysis indicates that the so-called Ripple has no connection to Honkai Energy whatsoever."

After dealing with the Tank-class Honkai Beast, it was getting late. Traveling at night in a city overrun by Honkai Beasts was very dangerous, as Honkai Beasts never slept, and the city was completely paralyzed, with no streetlights or anything else turned on.

So, the four of them had to find a nearby apartment to rest for the night.

Once Bronya settled down, her curiosity about the previously mentioned unknown powers resurfaced. She had originally just intended to extract some information from the "idiot" Kiana.

Unexpectedly, Kiana directly asked Qin Mo if he could teach Bronya Hamon.

Qin Mo's answer was simple.

"I can teach it. Do you want me to do it, or will you?"

Bronya strongly suspected Kiana was seeking personal revenge and unhesitatingly chose to teach Bronya Hamon herself.

The result was that Bronya's lungs were punctured four or five times, and she rolled on the ground in pain before finally managing to use Ripple.

After obtaining Ripple, Bronya felt the miraculous nature and limitations of this power.

The power of Ripple wasn't strong, especially compared to Honkai Energy.

Honkai Energy, Honkai Energy, Honkai is omnipotent.

But Honkai Energy erodes the human body. No matter how many functions or how omnipotent it is, it's still an external energy.

Ripple, however, was different. It was an energy completely compatible with living beings. It originated from breathing, from life, yet it continuously nourished life, making life healthier and stronger.

Most importantly, the generation of Ripple required no cost. It didn't drain stamina or cause mental fatigue; maintaining a specific breathing technique was enough.

Bronya's talent wasn't exceptional, but her lifelong experience as an assassin gave her strong self-control. In just half an hour, she had completely memorized the rhythm of the breathing technique.

"You can already maintain the Ripple breathing rhythm continuously!?"

Kiana was startled to learn that Bronya could maintain Ripple breathing for extended periods. After all, Kiana herself could only consciously switch back to Ripple breathing when she needed to use it; her body's instinct was to revert to normal breathing.

"Just because clumsy Kiana can't do it doesn't mean Bronya can't. Bronya's analysis indicates the possibility of clumsy Kiana maintaining Ripple breathing is 0.000001%."

"What do you mean! You look down on me!"

She looked at Qin Mo. "Qin Mo! Help me!"

"Hm? Are you sure?"

Qin Mo, who was eating bread, looked up and asked Kiana.

So you actually have some self-awareness, knowing you can't do it on your own.

Bronya clearly thought the same, but she didn't say anything, as she was also curious to see what Qin Mo would do.

"Then eat your dinner first. I'll help you after you're done."

"Eh?"

After some fuss, Kiana finished her dinner and ran to Qin Mo.

"Quick, quick, what do I need to do?"

"Turn your head."
