Wu Dachui bent down and picked her up. "Have you brushed your teeth? We're eating soon."
"No."
"Then hurry up."
"Okay."
"Can you rinse your mouth by yourself now?"
"Brother taught me. I can do it."
Wu Changbing climbed down from his arms and ran toward the basin in the backyard.
Once she was out of earshot, Wu Dachui frowned at Wu Changkong's face. "What's wrong? Didn't sleep well last night? You look a little pale."
"I cultivated last night. Didn't sleep." Wu Changkong pulled out a chair and sat down.
"Even if we Soul Masters can use cultivation instead of sleep, you still need to get some rest." Wu Dachui filled a bowl with porridge and pushed it toward him. "What time are you meeting them?"
"Probably noon. They're coming from the academy, so they should arrive around then."
Father and son finished breakfast in silence.
Afterward, Wu Changkong went upstairs, took the finished Battle Armor pieces from his Storage Device, and inspected them one by one.

Shui Bing'er and Shui Yue'er already had their two sets.
Shui Bing'er had practiced engraving with Xue Wu and Gu Qingbo, and with Wu Changkong guiding her hand the whole way, she had managed to engrave every Magic Array on a full set of Battle Armor.
A few pieces of material had been ruined along the way, but the finished armor had turned out well. It fit her perfectly, and her Soul Power flowed smoothly through it.
Wu Changkong had finished Shui Yue'er's set himself. All she had to do was wear it; she had nothing else to worry about.
At noon, the sound of a carriage stopping came from outside the courtyard gate.
Then a familiar voice called out, "Changkong, we're here to see you!"
